  • You’ll complete our Main Onboarding Form in 7 simple steps.

  • Step 1: Select Your Business Type Choose one: • E‑Commerce Owners • Coaches, Trainers & Mentors • Solopreneurs • Clinic Owners • Agencies & Other Businesses

  • Step 2: Pick Your Repetitive Manual Tasks Select one or more “pains & frustrations” you want to eliminate. Examples: • Lead capture and routing • Order and inventory sync • Appointment reminders • Reporting and dashboards

  • Step 3: Add Other Challenges Choose additional blockers specific to your business type. Examples: • Slow follow-ups • Data scattered across tools • Missed upsell/cross-sell opportunities • Manual content posting

  • Step 4: Get Recommended n8n Solutions Instantly see the best-fit automation workflows tailored to your selections. Each solution includes: • What it automates • Tools it connects • Expected outcomes • One-time setup price

  • Step 5: Choose Your Plan • Option A: Managed Plan — We host and manage everything for you ($99/month) • Option B: Self-Hosted Plan — We provide files and guides; you host it (no monthly charges)

  • Step 6: Review & Submit Check your selected workflows and plan, view the total one-time setup price (plus Managed Plan monthly if chosen), then submit your order.

  • Step 7: Confirmation You’ll be redirected to secure Stripe Checkout to complete payment.

Step 2: Secure Payment via Stripe

  • Pay the one-time setup fee (and Managed Plan monthly if selected).
  • Stripe securely collects your name and email for order confirmation.
  • You’ll receive an instant payment receipt.

Step 3: Automatic Onboarding Email Right after payment, you’ll get an email with next steps tailored to your plan.

If You Chose Option A: Managed Plan

  • CRM Portal Access Receive your login credentials to our client portal.
  • Welcome Checklist A guided list of what we need (e.g., tool access, preferences).
  • Kickoff Scheduling Book a quick call if needed or proceed fully async.
  • We Do the Heavy Lifting • Server and n8n instance setup • Workflow installation and configuration • Testing and quality checks • Ongoing monitoring and maintenance
  • Go Live We activate your automations, share a quick walkthrough, and provide priority support.

If You Chose Option B: Self-Hosted Plan

  • Download Links Secure links to: • Ready-to-import n8n JSON workflow files • PDF setup guide • Short tutorial video (import, configure, test)
  • Optional Support Open a ticket if you need help. For complex setups, you can request a one-time support session.
