  • Two main options:
    • Managed Plan: We set up, host, and support everything for you.
    • Self‑Hosted: You get files and a guide to run it on your own systems.
  1. Can I change between plans (Managed and Self‑Hosted)?
  • Yes. You can switch plans at any time.
  • From Self‑Hosted to Managed: We can migrate your setup to our managed environment. A one‑time migration fee may apply if custom work is needed.
  • From Managed to Self‑Hosted: We provide the files and guidance so you can run it yourself. Note: Some managed-only features may not transfer.
  • Billing: The new plan starts on your next billing cycle. Any prorated credits or fees will be shown at checkout or on your invoice.
  1. How long does setup take?
  • Managed Plan: Most setups take [2–4 business days], depending on your Onboarding access (e.g., API keys, accounts).
  • Self‑Hosted: You can start immediately after purchase. Setup time is depends on your team expertise, using our step-by-step guide.
  1. What’s the difference between Managed and Self‑Hosted?
  • Managed: We do the heavy lifting. Hosting, monitoring, updates, and support are included in your plan.
  • Self‑Hosted: You’re in control and host it yourself. You own your environment and data. We provide the files and basic support for installation.
  1. How do pricing and billing work?
  • Managed Plan: Billed monthly until you cancel. No long-term contract.
  • Self‑Hosted: One-time purchase. Optional paid longer period of  support or updates are available.
  • Payment methods: We accept [Stripe/PayPal/credit cards]. Taxes may apply based on your location.
  1. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
  • Managed Plan: Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Self‑Hosted: Because these are digital files, refunds are usually not available once delivered.
