  1. Using our site and services

  • Don’t try to break, hack, or overload our site.
  • Don’t misuse our content or anyone else’s data.
  • Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for actions under your account.
  1. Your account
  • You may need an account to access some features.
  • Keep your information accurate and your password secure.
  • Tell us right away if you think your account was used without permission.
  1. Orders, pricing, and payments
  • You can see prices during checkout or in a quote we send you.
  • Managed Plan: billed monthly until you cancel.
  • Self‑Hosted: one‑time purchase per item (no monthly fees to us unless you add support).
  • Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider.
  • Taxes may apply. Keep your billing info up to date.
  1. Cancellations and refunds
  • Managed Plan: You can cancel anytime. Your plan will end at the current billing period’s end. Fees already paid are non‑refundable.
  • Self‑Hosted: Because these are digital files, refunds are usually not available once delivered.
  • If nothing was delivered yet, contact us. We’ll try to help.
  1. Delivery and setup
  • Managed: We’ll set up your environment and install what you bought. Timelines depend on your replies and access to your tools.
  • Self‑Hosted: We send download links, setup steps, and (if included) a video guide. You install and run it on your systems.
  1. Your responsibilities
  • Provide correct information and access we need (for example: API keys, test accounts).
  • Follow the law (including privacy, anti‑spam, and data rules).
  • For Self‑Hosted: Secure your systems, back up your data, and manage user access.
  1. Our responsibilities
  • We provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
  • For Managed: We monitor and support your setup as included in your plan.
  • For Self‑Hosted: We provide clear instructions and reasonable help for installation questions.
  1. Intellectual property (IP)
  • Our website, guides, and workflows are owned by us or our partners.
  • Managed Plan license: You can use installed workflows in your managed environment while your subscription is active.
  • Self‑Hosted license: You can use the files in your own business, forever. You cannot resell, share publicly, or use them to build a competing product.
  • If you give us feedback, we can use it to improve our services.
  1. Third‑party tools
  • Our workflows may connect to tools like Stripe, Google, Meta, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.
  • Their terms and policies apply to your use of those tools. We are not responsible for their uptime or changes.
  1. Privacy and data
  • We handle personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy.
  • For Managed: We may process data on your behalf to run your setup.
  • For Self‑Hosted: You control your data in your systems.
  • You confirm you have a legal reason to process personal data and to give us access when needed.
  1. Acceptable use Do not use our services to:
  • Break the law or harm others.
  • Send spam or unauthorized messages.
  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or privacy.
  • Try to bypass security or access data you shouldn’t.
  1. Service availability (Managed)
  • We aim for reliable uptime and quick fixes.
  • We may schedule maintenance. We try to keep downtime short and will give notice when possible.
  1. Changes to our services or prices
  • We may change features, improve tools, or update prices.
  • If a change significantly reduces what you get in a paid Managed Plan, you can cancel before the next renewal.
  1. Warranties (what we promise and what we don’t)
  • We provide our services “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee that everything will be perfect or error‑free.
  • We don’t guarantee results specific to your business.
  1. Liability (limits)
  • We’re not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in 1 month for the service causing the issue.
  1. Indemnity (your responsibility if something goes wrong)
  • If someone makes a claim because of your use of our services, your content, or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our costs and losses.
  1. Suspension or termination
  • We can suspend or end access if you don’t pay, break these Terms, create security risks, or if the law requires it.
  • If your Managed Plan ends, we may remove access to the managed environment after notice.
  1. Legal stuff
  • Governing law: These Terms and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules
  • You can’t transfer your rights under these Terms without our permission. We can transfer ours to a related company or a new owner.
  • If one part of these Terms is not valid, the rest still applies.
  • Not enforcing a term once doesn’t mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
  • Events outside our control (like internet outages or natural disasters) are not our responsibility.
  1. Changes to these Terms
  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • We’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If changes materially affect your paid Managed Plan, we’ll try to notify you before renewal.

  • Delivery: Files (e.g., JSON), setup guide (PDF or page), and a short tutorial (if included).
  • Compatibility: Built for the current stable versions of the tools at delivery.
  • Support: Email support for install questions; paid sessions for advanced help.
  • Updates: Third‑party changes may require updates. We may offer update packages separately.
